Zionists decide not to bit the hand that feeds
Two members of the Knesset introduced a bill that would prohibit all efforts to tell people about Jesus, with violators facing imprisonment.

On March 22, 2023 Israeli Prime Minster, Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted this in response to the proposed legislation to jail any Christians converting Jews in Israel.
As Palm Sunday and Easter approach, two members of the Knesset introduced a bill that would prohibit all efforts to tell people about Jesus, with violators facing imprisonment. If this bill gained traction and was to pass, it could create a significant issue for Netanyahu’s government by provoking a clash with Evangelical Christians around the world who are among the biggest supporters of the State of Israel. The bill could also draw sharp criticism from both Republicans and Democrats in Congress and other leaders who love Israel and oppose the silencing of followers of Jesus in the Holy Land. The proposed legislation would outlaw all efforts by people of one faith to discuss or persuade people of other faiths to consider changing their beliefs, with imprisonment as punishment. This bill would apply to people having spiritual conversations with Israelis of any religion, but the legislators specifically emphasized the warning to stop Christians, in particular. The authors of this legislation are ultra-Orthodox Jewish members of Knesset who are influential voices and votes inside the governing coalition led by Netanyahu.
This act from Jewish Zionism is a great example of how Israel is not our greatest ally like many evangelicals and Christians in the west believe. Netanyahu was smart to publicly shoot down this bill in order to ensure that the billions of dollars that the United States directly sends and the billions that are sent over by Americans outside of Congress don’t get the hose turned off.
