Breaking: NC Senators file SB 560- GOVERNING PROVISIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF GENDER DYSPHORIA FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
There are quite a few caveats that would allow for the procedure to take place. This should have been an abolition bill on the subject.
Senators Krawiec, Burgin, and Corbin (Primary Sponsors) have filed SB-560 with the rules and operations committee in the NC Senate yesterday, 4/4/23. This bill is a start in the unfortunate need to legislate the evil away of preying on children who for the majority will grow out of gender dysphoria. Unfortunately, we at the TFP don’t think it goes far enough. There are quite a few caveats that would allow for the procedure to take place. This should have been an abolition bill on the subject.
