Judge Jason Kimble’s DWI

A district judge in Harnett County, North Carolina, named Jason Kimble, was arrested and charged with DWI, child abuse, and reckless driving after being involved in a crash.
The arrest warrants state that Kimble was driving in a dangerous manner and showed signs of alcohol consumption. He was accompanied by his child, which led to the child abuse charge.
Kimble refused a breathalyzer test and had his license suspended for 30 days. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 11th.
